Import Content Issue

I am unable to get past the import content screen when trying to download content from the Minecraft Marketplace.  I had several content packs downloaded with no issue (Jurassic Park, Star Wars, etc.) but when I tried to purchase and download SkyBlock by Razzleberries on Xbox the download would not progress once it got to the second step "Import Content". I tried performing the same download on my mobile device and had no issue it is just the Xbox version of Minecraft that seems to not want work correctly.
