Music Disc Glitches Into Block After Removing From Jukebox

I had a glitch occur on Survival mode where after taking out a music disc, the disc did not appear. While searching, I destroyed a grass path block in front of the Jukebox and the disc was there with the block. There was a furnace and double chest beside the Jukebox, and I was standing right in front of the Jukebox when I took the disc out. The music disc was Cat.
