I cannot interact with the game.

I cant interact with the game blocks, mobs and other. It seems like Im having ping over 100000ms in every world even singlepayer mode. Opening inventory takes almos a minutes and destroying blocks its nearly impossible not to mention collecting any dropped items which are non present in the game. I bought Minecraft week ago and reinstalled it hundred times with no noticeable improvements. Game is basically unplayable in my case.
