The Colored text feature (§) for the signs doesn't work

Hello guys, so I just recently encountered a bug on my Minecraft windows 10 edition. The bug is that I can't seem to color the texts from any signs. 

As you guys can see here, The signs at the top are from a game that I created last year, and the text still have their colors.

The signs at the bottom are ones that I just recently placed, I tried using the "§" symbol and dyes to color the texts, but they both gave me this same dark text result.
