Game will not load- only black screen until closes

We are unable to launch minecraft using the above gamer tag and the linked nintendo profile. Currently there is only a blank screen. After waiting for 12-20 minutes the software closes having never displayed anything on screen. The game will load and play under a different nintendo profile. The problem seems to be with the Microsoft linked nintendo profile associated with the online member ship and minecraft membership. We have tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling as well as updating the game. Can you please provide us with the solution to fix this issue so we may resume online game play. |
