Cant join friends

My problem is that I can't join my friends, but I was able to join them last night. When I got back home today I wanted to join him, which unfortunately didn't work, the problem cannot be found on Server. I can use the server without any problems, I have had this problem a little longer and it was last night not being able to join friends the first case I was able to join him.I ask you for help.
