Spawned to the wrong coordinates

Example: When you go through a nether portal at 1000 1000 (coordinates) in the overworld you spawn in 1000 1000 in the nether when you should spawn at 125 125 (/8). Seems to only do it when the game is auto saving and just opened the world (this also effects nether portals)
