Trophies on PlayStation, but no achievements on Microsoft account.

Using a PlayStation copy of the game with a Microsoft account I’ve unlocked trophies from PlayStation but not achievements from Microsoft. This means I haven’t got the rewards linked to the achievements. Because PlayStation thinks I have the trophies I can’t just redo the actions and get the achievements. How can I get my rewards?
