Foxes cannot be tempted/lure with glow berries

Foxes run away while the player holds glow berries and crouching, and cannot right-click to feed them with it.

 

Update: Still affects 1.17.10.23 betas

Steps to reproduce:

1. Spawn foxes
2. Hold a glow berry
3. Right click a fox / See if it tries to come closer to you

Expected behaviour: Foxes should be tempted and come closer to the player and be fed producing heart particles

 

Observed behaviour: Foxes aren't interested with players holding glow berries nor be able to feed them with it.
