Bottom halves of hoppers are dark by default

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Set brightness to 0, in order to make it easier to notice;
2. Place a hopper.

Observed Results:
The bottom part of it is dark, even when exposed to the Sun light. It can be brightened with block lights.

Expected Results:
The brightness of it is affected by sky light.

Notes: This is similar to MCPE-98154, which refers to cauldrons. However, that issue affects the entire block model instead of just the bottom.
