Drowned no longer uses ranged attack

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Use creative mode to not attract monsters;
2. Spawn a drowned with a trident (or give it one);
3. Stand far enough for it to still be able to detect you but not use its melee attack.
4. Switch to survival mode, to allow monsters to detect you.

Observed Results:
The drowned swims towards you and uses its melee attack.

Expected Results:
The drowned throws its trident towards you.
