cant play with friends and mouse input delay

hi, I have delay problem with my mouse when I play Minecraft bedrock edition. The delay is when I play a world, in any modes (survival, creative). I tried to turn of vsync to 0 but it didn't help. Another problem I have is that it says that i cant play with friends, start a realm and play in servers. It says this: you cant play with friends because how your Microsoft account is set up. Please help fixing these problems.
