on the cubecraft games server an error is happening, the players are invisible, and they can kill me without being able to see them, a strange error

this problem happens on all platforms, it's happening on android, on my windows 10 pc, and on my xbox one, this is a game server problem, see the photo, there are names down there, these players are giving errors and they are invisible for some players like me, I hope you solve this error, please I try to report this error as detailed as possible
