Skeleton converting to Stray has missing sounds

When you convert a skeleton into a stray, it doesn't play the sound when it is converted.

Step to Reproduce
1. Place down a few powder snow.
2. Spawn a skeleton and put it inside powder snow.
3. Let it convert.
---> No sounds indicating that it is converted.
