Unable to toggle ray tracing on a 2nd-Gen Ryzen/Threadripper system with a 6700 XT

My system is using:

Threadripper 2950x

32 GB RAM

6700 XT

 

It's not exactly top of the line now-a-days and I'm not expecting insane frame rates but I don't see a reason that it wouldn't meet the minimum requirements for enabling ray tracing (the requirements just state an "i5" as the baseline for CPU & a RTX 2060 as the GPU baseline).
