The game is not loading

I bought the game more than a month ago, but for two weeks it has not allowed me to play.

I can enter the game, it even lets me enter with my account, as seen in the image "test1". The problem is when I press "Play" and it only loads infinitely (Image: Test 2) so that then the application closes. Even today (05/05/2020) to see if this would be solved I decided to enroll in the beta version, but it was still the same, now I try to get out of it and I can not.
