Piglins aren't angered when mining Block of Raw Gold

Summary
The piglins aren't angry over the player mining block of raw gold. This can be considered a parity issue with Java, since the said issue is fixed in the next snapshot. (MC-223145)

Step to Reproduce
1. Go to the Nether
2. Spawn a couple of piglins
3. Place down some block of raw gold.
4. Switch to survival, make sure to wear any gold armor
5. Mine it
---> They aren't angry.
