Item Frames glitchiness and disappearance

Item Frames disappear sometimes leaving only the items floating and they also go all glitchy on me and the sometimes the movements get a bit unresponsive tried checking if it was my phone by doing other stuff or playing other games but it worked properly and this only happens from time time especially if I go into some caves
my phone is a Sony C4
