Invalid Identity Public Key

Sometimes, I try to connect to a server, only to find a message saying: "Invalid Identity Public Key." Refuses to connect to servers and fails to load skins and realms. I can temporarily fix it by signing out and back into my Xbox account, but it comes back when I close the window. Screenshots of the issue are attached below.

Reproduction: Join a server when starting up Minecraft 

Ps: I am aware that an issue for this was created already by Newton Baldomero, but was submitted on an old ticket and never resolved.
