Random blocks

So my sister joined my world and as she tried to delete blocks the gave her random blocks like she would touch the grass with a bare hand and it would make a path she deleted a peony and got a sunflower and when she tried to delet wood it would look like she was deleting tnt so I went on her world to see if it would do the same for me which it did so I touched the grass it put down andesite when I touched wood it would turn into a smoker and when I tried to delete wood it would give me a different wood and turn the leaves to cauldrons I also tried to get berries and it turned to a block I've never seen before
