Dispenser duplicates water

I'm using my bone meal farm, everything worked nicely until I started having an issue with the dispensers, one of them kept leaving the water flow but also the bucket inside of it was full. I took the farm design from silent whisperer here: https://youtu.be/-Rs0brt-ay8

Maybe you can reproduce it, I'm playing in a realm and sometimes have lagg issues.
