Error Crossbow

I purchased some skins for my son on the Nintendo E shop.  I have a physical copy of the game.  When i went into the game, i had to re-log into my Microsoft account.  After successfully doing this, i went to the marketplace on the game and when attempting to connect to my purchases, it said I didn't have internet connection or marketplace was unavailable.

 

I have checked for corrupt software.

I have archived the game.

I have re-downloaded 3 times

I have re-logged in to my linked account 4 times.

I have reconnected my wireless connection.

 

So far no luck.
