Takes wayyy to long to show multiplayer worlds

When trying to join a switch online friend it takes a veryy long time to show there world. same with microsoft account worlds but not as long. This has been an issue for awhile now and they have never done ANYTHING about it. (nintendo switch has sorta been fixed)
