Zombie Pigman and liquids

I was playing in my World and in the Nether realized that what was supposed to be a piglin was a zombie pigman. On top of that, both water and lava were being shown as the smallest form and were bugged to looked like the water was just a puddle. This happened on Xbox, Kindle, and Windows 10.
