There is a delay between any interaction and the interaction actually happening

there is a massive delay between any interaction and it actually happening, when I do any type of interaction (placing blocks, breaking blocks, using fireworks with elytra, etc) the character does the actual action instantly and after a few seconds the action happens in the world.

This bug happens in old and new worlds, this bug doesn't happen in servers, this bug kept happening even after uninstalling and reinstalling the game, this bug happens on it's own (I don't need to do anything, all I have to do is get into any world and the bug will happen).
