Water and lava is glitched and looks wierd

Water and lava has some kind of weird gaps between them 

Expected result:lava and water should be flowing normally

Actual resul:

Water and lava have this strange gaps between them and makes them look weird

While this is a small bug in makes both water and lava look weird and sometimes making the lava invisible which almost got me kill
