Problems with skins and marketplace

When I select a skin, it will say “selected” but the character itself stays the same instead of changing to the skin I selected. There’s also an issue with marketplace, when I try to access it, it says that it has problems connecting even when my internet connection is fine. Thank you for the awesome game though!!
