Nether and end portals do not work correctly

When I go through my over world portal it takes me to the over world coordinates in the nether. For example, my over world portal is located at (360, 60, 360) and it takes me to (360, 60, 360) instead of (45, 60, 45). The same thing happens for my end portal. Instead of taking me to the main end island it brings me to the over world coordinates of the portal, which is just an obsidian platform in the void.
