Sign Text Shows Through Glass Border Texture

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place Sign
2. Place Glass (pane or block)
3. look through non-transparent border texture of glass, while facing towards the sign (see picture)

Expected Results:

Sign text is hidden by Glass border texture.

Observed Results:

Sign text shows through glass border texture.
