Can't move while trying to look around and vice versa

Whenever I try to move around and look around at the same time, it glitches and just completely stops all movement. So, I can't start walking if I'm looking around, and vice versa. This is whenever I'm using the touchscreen to play.

I'm not sure how to fix this on my own; it works whenever I'm using the keyboard to play, just not the touchscreen.

It's done this before occasionally but only for a second or two and then it fixed itself.
