Can’t see well in water that was placed with the /fill command

I can only see like 6 blocks in front of me when I’m in water that has been placed with the /fill command! Normally generated oceans work just fine, so this seems to only affect water placed by the player. I haven’t tested whether this affects water placed with a bucket but this might also affect that. This is really annoying when I’m trying to build stuff like fish tanks so please fix this as soon as possible! I attached two photos so you guys and gals at Mojang can see the glitch for yourselves.
