Everything is gone

It started after I made my own realm that I could not join them because of internet issues but my internet is really good. Then everything is gone all my realms, worlds, mods, resource packs, skins, everything and were the realms would be it says you cannot play on realms from how my Microsoft account is setup but I have the correct settings on and a xbox live gold subscription
