Water and Lava rendering and behavior issues

Seeing issues with water and lava (underground only) where only the top of the block is being rendered [RTX enabled]

Not sure if related, but lava is also causing damage one block ABOVE visible lava area.

 

RTX enabled, as well as "Caves and Cliffs" option.
