Mob survives death

First I spawned a villager.Then I lite tnt and then continuously throw splash
potions of healing at the villager.After the tnt detonates the villager
becomes red and slightly horizontal. It is like a normal
villager but looks different.It happens to all mobs,
the villager was just taken as an example.
