Errors in version 1.16..221

Since we last upgraded the new version 1.16.221 I found several errors:

• When in the wagon I can only look to the front. I can´t look in another direction.
• When I try to mine a block with a woden tool the block takes longer to brake and the tool brakes 1/4 more than before.
• When I put a block it takes two times to do it, it only gets created with one try.
• I lost many worlds I had created and saved. They just desappeared.
