Bonemealing 2x2 spruce sapling on a moss block doesn't turn it to podzol

Summary
When you grow 2x2 spruce sapling on a moss block, it doesn't turn the moss block to podzol. This isn't in parity with Java Edition.

Step to Reproduce
1. Place 2x2 spruce sapling on a moss block.
2. Bone meal it.
---> The moss block is still there.
