items in jukeboxes or on armor stands disappear when not interacted for too long

both my netherite armor and pig step disappeared. I left my netherite armor in an armor stand and when I went mining i came back and the armor disappeared. I also put pig step in a jukebox, went to sleep, and when I went to get it back it disappeared.
