I cannot place Blocks but I can destroy Blocks and I cannot use Things That Power Redstone

I started Minecraft, and when I started a world I couldn't: Use Items/Things That Power Redstone (Buttons, Levers, etc) and Place Blocks. I also noticed my character was invisible.

 

PS: No Attachment because the Attachment I wanted to put is 54.0 MB.
