Cave Water bug makes minecraft lagging when going (or facing directly into cave water pool) y=0 and below

Hi there, I just wanted this bug to fix and please if your going to see the images i attached please check one of the background of my screenshot.

The image with bug has waterfalls (with a bug texture of flat water)
in the right side with lower water pool.
(I didn't noticed that bug after i just seen the screenshot.)

This only occurs when going y=0 (and below) and not when going higher than y=0,
the bug only appears on big caves with big water pool
(almost like an ocean an pogchamp for that, because its so cool!).
