Building material texture glitch

Building material texture has changed. I played yesterday night and everything was fine. Just went to play about 30 minutes ago and this is what I ran into. I'm clueless. Picture number one is how it should look.(I made slight changes before this bug popped up) Picture number 2 is currently how it looks. OR Vice versa depending on how the photos loaded on your end.
