Infinite resource loads

Lately I have noticed a series of crashes on my map for no apparent reason , today out of nowhere I was walking the map and crashed ai tried to enter the world again there stayed infinitely in carrying resources after more than 25 minutes there said it was an internet problem but the world I was playing was Offline. I urgently need the help of you guys I have a lot of work in this world !
