Game always crashes

Why my game always crash? Like when i played with my friends, i have some items, then i shoked, bcs, i'm dissconnected with it self, my connection good, my ffriend connection is good, but i dissconnected with it self, then when i join again, my all items is gone, and i respawn in the first place where i spawn, not in my house, not anywhere. So pls, fix this. Sorry of my English bad tho
