I cant access to the Marketplace

I wanted to go to the Marketplace. However, it seems to have an error for days. I thought it was just a glitch. But i researched that it was actually a bug. So it says there that when it stays like that for days, then "contact for help". And yeah. I really wanted to have access to the marketplace but i cant. I hope this gets fixed. Thank you.
