new iron ore, gold and copper are not dropping multiplied by fortune

I went to mine with a pickaxe enchanted with fortune, but I realized that the gold, iron and copper ores were 0% drop, I went to test on the creative with all the ores and with all the levels of fortune and even then only the iron, gold and copper had a 0% drop multiplied
