Sensitivity in creative

My sensitivity is acting as though i have it set all the way up when its supposed to be all the way down. I tried to adjust it while in the world and the bar was set all the way down and when i tried setting it all the way up the bar reset when i tried to exit the settings.

Bug is on a Samsung Galaxy s4
