Problem With Mute Chat

Summary

Enabling the mute chat will not stop game messages such as death messages and commands messages. these messages still come up on my screen when mute chat

 

what I was expecting was

Enabling the mute chat Will stop messages from appearing on the left side of the screen and will also mute them including important game messages and updates

 

what happened was

Messages from players are muted and not visible on the top left of the screen, but important game messages Bypass the mute and still being displayed on the left side of the screen

 

Steps to reproduce

1. go to chat, Click on settings and turn on mute ALL chat

 

2.  wait for a important game message/alert such as a death messages or command messages

(Note: Make sure show death messages is set to on, otherwise death messages will not display at all)

 

3. here is the bug. the game message still appears on the left side of the screen, even if mute chat is set to on
