problem with my playstation account

hello mojang studios my name is samuel ruiz and i'm a bedrock play station 4 minecraft player. my problem is a bit difficult to solve and when it was caused by an update i had to report it as a bug. I had a stable microsoft account for about 3 months, but it happened one day that when my account arrived it said that it had an error. I went to the help page (microsoft) but when I went to investigate it turns out that customer help is not fully available in my country, it appears that there is an error in it too. then I link my game to three more accounts but these three (including the first one) had the same problem that "my account is already linked to a play station 4 system" please if you know what I can do I would appreciate it. I've already contacted friends but none of them know what to do about it.
