Unable to load resources

Using an iPad Air 2 running 14.4.2

Updated to Minecraft 1.16.221

Unable to load existing Worlds

Load hangs during Generating World

The green status bar gets to almost 50% of Building Terrain but then freezes on Loading Resources.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Minecraft App twice. No change.

I can create a new world, but if I save and exit then the new world will not load just like the other existing worlds.
