problems with axolotls and buckets

There is a problem in the 1.17 beta where the bucket will not scoop up axolotls and you'll have to try it 6 or 7 times.
*Example: the axolotl bucket will immediately disappear out of your inventory and you'll have to try it 6 or 7 tries till you get it.
