Microsoft account issue

So I tried to sign in on my PS4. This is the first time i tried to sign in with my Microsoft account. I had also just made this account not to long ago.  It said that i had already signed in with the account. The first time i signed in the accout said it signed in but on the PS it didn't do any thing. 

Is there anything I can do?
